Store scope

Heanup is an ecommerce storefront for the online store sale of physical products. Payments collected through this site must relate to tangible products listed on the store and shipped to customers.

Prohibited payment use

This site must not be used to collect payment for offline transactions, professional services, consulting, memberships, digital downloads, virtual goods, prohibited products, or any transaction that violates payment provider or account terms.

Orders

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Heanup may cancel orders that appear fraudulent, incomplete, unsupported by inventory, or inconsistent with these terms.

Compliance records

Heanup may retain website order records, payment references, invoices, logistics documents, shipment tracking, and customer support records as transaction evidence.
