Return Policy

Return window

Customers may request a return within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, complete, and in a resalable physical condition with original packaging where practical.

How to request a return

Email support@heanup.97admin.com with the order number, product SKU, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected. Original shipping costs may be excluded unless the return is caused by a Heanup fulfillment error.

Non-returnable situations

Used consumable components, missing parts, items damaged by misuse, and requests without order evidence may be declined.
