Processing time

Orders are normally prepared within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Customers receive an order confirmation by email after checkout.

Delivery and tracking

Each shipped parcel receives a tracking number when the carrier accepts the package. Heanup retains order records, carrier names, shipment dates, tracking number details, and delivery evidence where available.

Damaged or missing parcels

Customers should contact support within 7 days of delivery if a parcel arrives damaged or if tracking shows an issue. We may request photos of the package, product, and shipping label to verify the case.
